Every item is made especially for you ❤️
At OMG, every product is professionally printed to order once you place your order. We don't mass-produce or keep large warehouses full of stock, which helps reduce waste and means every item is made especially for you.
Because of this, we kindly ask that you double-check your size, colour and design before placing your order.
If something isn't right, we're always here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email us at hello@ohmangoes.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we'll provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we won't be able to process them.
Made-to-order products
As every OMG product is printed especially for you after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You selected the wrong colour or design
- You changed your mind after placing your order
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order—we're always happy to help.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ohmangoes.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We'll review your claim as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, we'll process your refund and you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Sale items & Gift Cards
Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, under EU consumer law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As every OMG product is printed to order specifically for you, many of our products fall within this exemption.
This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your approved return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process the payment.
